Lead Cosmetic Assistant

Jamie is Dr. Patel's Lead Dental Assistant. She has been in the dental industry since 1994. Jamie is a graduate of Dental Careers Institute, located in Marietta, Georgia. She achieved her Radiology Certification from the Georgia Department of Human Resources in November 1996. Jamie has also completed her Expanded Duties Certification with the Georgia Board of Dentistry (the highest level of certification available in Georgia). Her vast knowledge of clinical as well as cosmetic dentistry makes her invaluable to Dr. Patel and to the entire team. Dental Assistant

Tara joined Dentistry at East Piedmont in June 2008 after completing a certified dental assisting course here in the Atlanta area.  She grew up in Whitesburg, Kentucky and moved to Atlanta in 1999.  She enjoys meeting and interacting with new people which led her to choose a career in dentistry. Prior to Dentistry at East Piedmont, she worked as a customer service manager for a large retail store.  Her excellent background is an asset to our practice.  She looks forward to expanding her scope of knowledge by attending continuing education courses.

Soft Tissue Specialist

Janeime graduated from Sweetbriar College in Sweetbriar Virginia in 1992 with a bachelor-of-science degree in Biology. She has since completed her Associate of Science in Dental Hygiene from Perimeter College in May of 2000. She met and worked with Dr. Patel at a previous company and joined him in his practice in 2001. She takes many hours of continuing education each year to stay current with new advances in gum therapy and is the President of the Cherokee County Dental Hygiene Association for 2008. Her gentle touch and fun personality are enjoyed by all of our patients. Soft Tissue Specialist

Lindsey joined the team in August 2004. She graduated from the University of Georgia in 2002 with a bachelor-of-science degree in Psychology. She went on to continue her education, graduating with an Associate Degree of Applied Technology in Dental Hygiene in 2004 from Athens Technical College. Lindsey completes many hours of continuing education every year, allowing her to remain on top of advancements in her field. Aside from working in the dental profession, she enjoys traveling and playing tennis with her husband.

Patient Account Specialist

Teresa Bandy has been in the dental field for over 20 years, starting out an Expanded Dental Assistant specializing in Implant Dentistry and transitioning to Office Manager.  During that time, she became a specialist at helping patients maximize their benefits and staying on top of ever changing insurance policies.

Christina Campbell joined our team in January of 2008.  With over 15 years experience working in general dentistry, oral surgery, periodontics and cosmetic dentistry, she has become an invaluable team member.
